Welcome to Munay Forest Garden

A regenerative food forest nestled beside a 300-year-old oak and beech woodland. Around our historic forest homestead, we cultivate an edible forest garden based on permaculture principles, where soil, plants, animals and biodiversity grow together in balance.

Munay, a word from Quechua, means unconditional and eternal love for all living beings. It reflects our belief that every being seeks happiness and guides how we care for the land, the plants, the animals and the whole ecosystem.

Munay Forest Garden is more than a garden. It is a place to slow down, to wonder, and to reconnect with nature. Through workshops for children and adults, we share our passion for the living world, create spaces for learning and encounter, and invite people to rediscover their relationship with the earth and with themselves.

What we offer as activities:

  • Forest Bathing / Shinrin Yoku

Would you also like to experience the healing power of nature? Then take part in our “forest bathing experience”. Come to discover that there is a forest that lives in you too!

  • Forest KIDS

    FOR 8 - 12 YEARS OLD

In this seasonal course, children will discover the joy of growing their own vegetables. Before long, they’ll transform their garden into a vibrant, edible oasis! And the best part? We’ll sprinkle in some fun forest games along the way!

  • Forest Language Camps
